Hello,
I have a user in our organisation who is wanting to use a functionality in SAP that requires the installation of SAPGui720 Patch 8 and SAPGui720, Patch 10.
Could someone please advise me how I check what patches have been applies to a SAP installation and also where I can download them?
Thanks
Angus

SAPgui 7.20 is no longer supported. You should upgrade to 7.30. The latest patch level for 7.30 is pl6.
You can find SAPgui installations and patches on the SAP Service Marketplace - https://service.sap.com/swdc.

Are you referring to the frontend SAP GUI application?
If so, when you open your client left-click the top left corner and select About SAP Logon. It'll have all the important info there.
To see the updated Patch info and Notes, login to the Support Portal and enter your S-User ID. Then click Software Downloads and Support Packages and Patches and search for GUI.
