Sap Java Gui client connection in ubuntu

Hi All,

I have installed SAP Java gui iN UBUNTU os an i have A IDES Server ...

I need to know how to configure SAP Java GUI ..

Using Advanced Option  Expert mode or using  System connection

As i Don't know the URL of the server how to find it out and configure the Sap Java Gui .....

Pls anybody let me know ..And i Have attached the Screen shots ...

Hi

1. Click New button.
2. Click Advanced Tab.
3. Check "Expert Configuration"
4. Fill the connection string. If your server uses load balancing configuration, use this connection string conn=/M/(IP_Address_Message_Server)/S/36(system_number)/G/(name_of_logon_group) and use this connection string configuration if yor SAP R/3 server are not using load balancing system, conn=/H/(IP_Address_server_SAP)/S/32(system_number).

Hope this helps... If you really don't know the URL (or IP address) ask your system administrator, he will surely know!
