Hello,

whether the export to an Excel file could work on a Mac or not depends on the technical way the data is exported.

In order to be able to have a look, it is required to know your particular case. Please provide the steps how to get there to invoke that export. You can do this preferably in the support message you have opened for the same issue.

Hi Rolf,

I sended a message directly to sap and they answer this:

... Office integration with SAP GUI for JAVA is not supported.

Please review the note 454939 attached which address your issue.

"Office-Integration, i.e. integration of frontend office

applications (like Word, Excel ...) into SAP transactions is not

available."

I suppouse that sap is working in that, i hope in a future this can be possible.

Hello Noemi,

I know the content of that support message.

We are trying to extent the reach of SAP GUI for Java as much as possible.

For knowing for sure that what you are trying to do on the Mac is part of "no Office integration available", it is required to know what exactly you are doing. If it is only about transferring a file to the Mac desktop and opening it with Excel, there might be chances to make this work.

I highly recommend to describe the steps where you want to export to Excel following the [note 326558|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/326558], add it to the support message and send it back to us.

Best regards
