Risk Maintenance workflow triggered for changes transported?

Hi Folks,

We have workflow based approval for Risk Maintenance and Function Maintenance in GRC AC which gets triggered when we make changes to function/risk and save.

I wanted to cross validated behavior related to this functionality. Does this workflow item gets triggered if we make changes to lower environment(development) and transport it to Quality-> production environment? (As per my understanding system doesn't pick triggeres based on transport)

Nishant, only if you have them working in those lower systems.  The workflows for Risk and Function only work on SAME instance changes.  These do not work like role management where it can point to DEVELOPMENT for changes.

The approval process should be contained withing your Change Management Process including documentation and approval for the changes to these objects.
