[RAR] job scheduler is running, but jobs are in ready state

hi all,

in RAR, job scheduler is running, but jobs are staying in ready state.

someone have an idea for my issue ?

it that i've done :

applied the SAP note 999785 (despite that the job scheduler is in running state)

restart j2ee server.

configuration :

GRC AC 5.3 SP10

Hi Aurelien,

Please apply following SAP Note and restart the system.

Note 1176262 - Analysis Daemon Page is Blank/ BG Jobs stay in ready status.

Hi,

This is a very common problem. Most of the time, you don't have 'Virsa_CC_Config' table configured in RAR database. By following the above SAP note, you should be able to resolve this issue.
