Hallo,

you can use SAP Partner Finder to select all service partner in the region like LAC.

The link for the SAP Partner Finder is: Search Results | SAP Partner Finder (ondemand.com)

Select the "Service" like "deliver project services" to get the list of all service partner. The challenge is to go country by country because there is no filter for an entire region like LAC.
