Netweaver ABAP trial version

Hi,

I have successfully installed netweaver abap trial version in my laptop. In program files I see an option to start the server. Is that the Web application server ? if so how do i find more information about it like version .....

Hi,

First Start your server via SAP Management server and login into it via SAP Gui with BCUSER/minisap. go to menu bar System--status.

You will find all the details there

Hi Subhash,

I am Arun form Chennai. I have installed ABAP trial version. But while logging in, I made a mistake. I didn't notice the password 'minisap' displayed on the screen. I tried with the ones I specified during installation (some sort of master password if i remember correct). I tried it several times which failed, after which i noticed the right password (minisap) displayed on the login screen itself.

This time when i tried to login, (BCUSER) I get an error message which goes somewhat like this - "Cannot logon using password. Too many failed attempts."

I guess the user account got locked. Is there any way I can unlock it. Or will it unlock in a day or after certain time? I am able to successfully login to SAP* and DDIC users with the password 'minisap'. Please tell me how do I unlock and use BCUSER again.

Hi Arun,

Log on with user <b>ddic</b> and password <b>minisap</b>. Go to transaction <b>SU01</b>, enter <b>bcuser</b> and click on the "Change" button. In the <b>Logon data</b> tab you can unlock the account/choose another password.
