More than 1 approver per role in AE

Hi,

I am configuring Access Enforcer and am wondering if there is a possibility at role approval stage to have 2 owners/approvers for each role? 2 people could approve a role but approval is only required from one person. If one individual approves the role it would then progress to the next stage in the workflow.

If anybody has any tips can you let know know

Hi, Gary,

Yes, you can have two approvers for one role. Only one can be the Lead Approver, however, so if you try to search roles by Role Owner, you will get entries for the lead approver only.

Both approvers get the initial email for the stage.

In the Role Owners stage, you must specify that approval is needed by any one approver. In your training materials, you should instruct the role approvers as to what the request looks like if the second approver launches it from the email after the first approver has already approved.
