For SAP systems it is important to understand what is happening, prerequisites change, operating systems change, so it would be a quite pointless exercise to create a screenshot document. The number of combinations (operating system version, prerequisites necessary, database setups etc. are too high to put them in a document, it would already be old by the time it's created/printed.
You didn't specify any of
- Redhat LInux version used
- bitness (32bit or 64bit)
- database used
- enterprise portal version used
so even if someone would point you to a document it's very unlikely that it would match exactly your needs.
I suggest you follow the official installation guides and read the notes attentively. Yes, I know, it's a lot to read and yes, it can be quiet complicated but SAP installations always have been and will be complex.
The installation guide contains all things you need in the proper sequence, together with links to notes, that you need to follow.

Read the installation guides, they will explain everything in detail.

> LINUX with Oracle 10G will help me in this regard
You're aware that installation based on 6.40 are already out of support?
