Dear Guru's,
I have the following problem with GRC10:
We set up RAR which is running fine. In the "Reports and Analytics" section, when I click on risk violations, I get the results (graph) and when I click on a graph segment, the overview table which nicely shows the result overview per connector and per risk category. I can even go further up to the user level, to see the list of related users.
However, when in "Reports and Analytics", I select "User Analysis" or "Role Analysis"-report, I only get the high-level (first) result graph. When I click on one of the graph segments, I only see an empty table, no details.
(On the other hand, when I execute 'Role Risk Analysis" in the background from the "Access Management" tab, a similar table is returned including required details when viewing background job results)
Could you inform me about the possible reasons for this please?
Thank you very much,
Kind regards,
Kraell

Hi
There is a SAP Note on this issue. It might help. Look at SAP Note 1622950 - Drill down issue in dashboards.
Thanks

Hi,
Pl check the Configuration settings which Ruleset (global or otherwise) you have set as Default.
When you double click from dashboard, the system reads the ruleset and gives the output.
Hope this shoudl resolve your issue.

We are on SP05
We indeed have a customized ruleset name, but it has been correctly updated in SPRO "Maintain Configuration Settings" parameter 1025
The following is strange: when on tab "Access Management" (NWBC), we schedule a background job User Level, we get to see the results. Some for Role Level. However, from tab "Reports and Analytics", clicking on "User Analysis" gives the correct pie chart... but when clicking on one specific pie slice, we get an empty table. Same for Role Analysis.
Must be something logical. Any ideas?
Thx!
Just try running the full user sync job again. Also let us know the SP level of your GRC 10.0 add -on
