FF Log error - intermitent report

Hi Experts,

GRAC_SPM_LOG_SYNC_UPDATE backgroung job is not capturing transaction level data from connected backend system. Also, the log report are intermitent, some time it throws up the report and some time it dose not.

Could anyone help in resolving the issue.

Hello,

Have you checked Note 1625741 - Incomplete transaction usage data from SPM sync job ??

Also some issues occur if the time in the GRC server is different than in the back-end.

Hello,

Would suggest to ally Sp07.but please check timezone as well that very important.

Still need help after SP07 sure you can check table entries.
