Error when submitting access request with error message below

Hi All,

Error when submitting access request with error message below:

"Rule SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST/B/005056BE2AD31EE583C16FA2BBAEBA34: Returned result for not requested Line-Item '00010' "

" Request submit failed; error in MSMP submit method"

The request is successfully submitted with 10 line items however gives this error when exceeding 10 line items. Have already implemented the note below. Recently upgraded to SP9 from SP7 in GRC 10.1. This issue did not exist in SP7 earlier.

2150100 - UAM: Access request creation results in short dump if line items exceeds 9

Please suggest on how this can be addressed.

Have you verified following settings in transaction code -- GRFNMW_CONFIGURE?

Let me know outcome.Or else you need to apply note in your question.

This note is related to SP10.As per conversation, your system is on SP09.

As mentioned in my initial mail, the note mentioned is already implemented but the issue still exists. Please update on ways to address it further.
