While working with ERM, on the first tab, Whenever I am clicking on create role
I am getting the error saying
500 error ...cant display the page.

Please help me with a solution for this. Thanks in advance

What is GRC version and SP level ?

GRC Version is 5.3 and pathc level is 5
Please ask basis team to upload the initial files of current SP level. Hope this will resolve the issue.

SP level 5 is very old. Upgrade it to latest level.
Agree, that issue totally sounds like bad post-installation.
I didnt yet configure ERM. But i could give sme more information on the problem.
While logging into ERM, I am not getting the languages in the select tab.
The error is also pointing to something like no object found in the database for the object locale 'EN'
