Automatic logoff after a while

is it possible, to logoff the sapgui after e.g. 10 Minutes and no activity from the user? so, that the user has to logon after that time.

Hello Gerog,

You can do the setting depending on the users profiles.

Following are the steps -

1.Transaction is RZ10.

2.Use the Instance Profile & tick the Extended Maintenance.

3. The parameter is rdisp/guiautologout.

4. If no entry is made for rdisp/guiautologout (in Seconds), the frontend is automatically logged off.

5.If the parameter has the value 0, no automatic logoff.

6. Save your entries and ensure that the profile is activated.

This will sort out your problem.

Hello Georg,

The setting is applicable for the whole system. Hence can not be done for an individual user.
