After installed GUI can't logon...plx help

i am the fresh sap user... after installed sap netweaver and the GUI for logon...

i user NSP as system ID, 00 as system number, localhost as application server...however i can't logon the system.

error message show as follow:

partner '127.0.0.1:sapdp00' not reached

WASECINNREFUSED; connection refused

i tried to close firewall and ping localhost...it's ok

does anyone can help me to fixed it

Check the follwing.

Application Server name and System No.

my server is running!

application server is localhost...so i think those reasons are not the problem

enter your server name or ip address instead of localhost and try
