The features and content offered in the applications Support Report Document and Support Dashboard are now offered in the SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit with an improved visualization and additional customizing features.

SAP Enterprise Support Reporting Cockpit has replaced already the pdf-based SAP Enterprise Support report cloud edition, see blog from December 2020. Now with the implementation of the on-premise content it also replaces the on-premise SAP Enterprise Support report (ESR) and on-premise SAP Product Support Large Enterprise report (PSLE report).

Therefore, on January 31, 2022, both applications will be retired, and the related tiles removed from launchpad homepages and the tile catalog.

Both links will also no longer be offered in the SAP for Me customer portal.

SAP Enterprise Support and SAP PSLE customers can access and use the SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit from SAP ONE Support Launchpad or from SAP for Me customer portal.
You do not need now to request the static pdf based report. Instead you can immediately create your individual reporting according to your needs using the customizing, personalization and filter features provided in the cockpit.
