To quickly introduce myself my name is Chusa de Castro and I’m part of the SAP Product Support Social Media team where I’m working as Social Media Operations Manager, leading the @SAPSupportHelp Twitter account.

We began our journey with Twitter in July 2011 and we currently have more than 70 expert people who are providing content from their area of expertise. We strive to bring our customer’s the most relevant and helpful information on a daily basis.
