A month has passed since the SAPPHIRE NOW 2021. What a ride!
SAP’s annual business conference SAPPHIRE NOW offers a valuable occasion to learn & reflect on the latest innovations. As you all know, this is the second year SAPPHIRE NOW took place virtually. Although many of us reminisce about inspiring encounters and building relationships in the physical event venues, we believe that we took our share to inspire, reflect and move forward.
As SAP Road Map Explorer, we participated in the “SAPPHIRE NOW Remote Usability Testing” between June 15- 17.
Our concept is validated by the users one more time
During our three-day usability testing, we held 13 sessions of 60 minutes with participants who were a mix of frequent users of the SAP Road Map Explorer and those who have been just discovering how to use the tool. We tested topics such as the new Business View concept and what the users think of the road map priorities, details & timelines, and related assets. In addition to the details of the Business View which went live on June 25, we also tested other new and upcoming functionalities such as smart filtering, innovations assigned to multi-products (I.e., Integration innovations), and the Business View 2.0!
It was a great 3-day journey to connect with our users and some of the highlights we can share with you are the following:
Content division in the Business View is clear and easy to navigate
Users like that the branding is aligned with other SAP websites
The landing page is clear and easy to understand for the users
The concept of “highlights” is found relevant
(The upcoming) Smart filter functionality is found useful and relevant by the users
SAP Road Map Explorer is leveraging its status as the “go-to-tool" for SAP road maps – now for all kinds of users!
Are you not familiar with the new business view yet? Check out our blog post on the new functionalities.
In our journey towards reinforcing the SAP Road Map Explorer as the “single source of truth” for all SAP road maps, we will be participating in another usability testing at the DSAGLive 2021 between September 28-30. Stay tuned for the new findings from the upcoming usability testing!
