In September 2022, we launched the SAP Enterprise Support Value Map for SAP Digital Supply Chain.

But what exactly is the SAP Enterprise Support value map for SAP Digital Supply Chain?

Powered by SAP Enterprise Support Academy, the SAP Enterprise Support value map is like a navigation system that guides you to the right SAP support services, tools, and offerings to achieve your goals. 

With the SAP Enterprise Support value map for SAP Digital Supply Chain, you get prescriptive guidance to a resilient, connected, and sustainable supply chain from Design to Operate. 

As an SAP Enterprise Support or SAP Enterprise Support Cloud Edition customer, access to the value map is already included in your contract. All you need to do is a one-time sign-up in the SAP Learning Hub edition for SAP Enterprise Support then you can start navigating through the value map. What's in it for you?

The SAP Digital Supply Chain value map is an enablement platform for foundational customer success that is designed based on the Design to Operate business framework. 

The Overview page allows easy access to contents, such as learning journeys specific to Design, Plan, Manufacture, Deliver, and Operate processes. 

A learning journey is an interactive visual guide designed to help you learn a particular SAP topic by exploring, filtering, and accessing a curated set of SAP Enterprise Support offerings and learning assets.

There is also a section for Sustainability.  


If you just acquired the following solutions:

  • SAP Integrated Business Planning for Supply Chain

  • SAP Extended Warehouse Management, private edition, extra stack

  • SAP Transportation Management, private edition, extra stack

you will additionally find onboarding learning journeys dedicated to these solutions under the Get Onboarded section.

Continuous Quality Checks (CQCs) from SAP Enterprise Support are remote services that help you analyze a system and situation to reduce risks and outline optimization potential. After the CQC is performed, you will receive a report, including an executive summary, with findings and guidance for improvement.
