We’re happy to announce a series of new and interesting Customer Center of Expertise (Customer COE) meet-the-expert sessions, powered by SAP Enterprise Support Academy. The session portfolio is based on feedback from customers and user groups and aims to support Customer COEs in fulfilling their tasks and responsibilities. These sessions are available for all Customer COEs (irrespective of the support contract free of charge).

What a Customer COE should know about Message Processing

Learn more about SAP message processing, how to create a message, search for a solution and how to speed up and escalate a message.

What a Customer COE should know about SAP Innovation Discovery Service

SAP offers a new self-service providing customer with innovations tailored to their business as well as comprehensive business and technical information. Learn more about the new self-service, its positioning in regard to the currently existing SAP Service tools. Get further information how SAP Innovation Discovery supports Customer COEs in turning the adoption of innovations into tangible value for the business.
