How long have you been associated with SAP?, Please share your experience:

Kyndryl teams have been managing SAP landscapes for customers for decades and currently provide SAP services to hundreds of customers in a broad spectrum that goes from implementation to operation services. This includes the following:

  • Manage SAP operations on cloud and on-premise with end-to-end automation technology

  • Implementation services and projects

  • Migration of SAP S/4HANA to public cloud (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google)

  • Data and AI integrations

  • Cyber resilience for SAP solutions on public Cloud (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google)

Why did you apply for the SAP Outsourcing Operations Partner Certification program?

The SAP OPC Program provides an independent view of the quality and user experience of a service provider. Kyndryl is committed to transparency and service excellence with its customers as well as providing some of the highest SLAs in the industry. For this reason, we have been sharing SAP OPC certifications with our customers to provide this independent audit view of Kyndryl’s service excellence.

How have the OPC certifications helped you to improve the service improvement process?

Our offering and delivery teams worldwide have been running SAP OPC audits for more than 12 years (as IBM Global Services before Kyndryl was formed). We have used the framework as a baseline to not only meet industry best practices but also go beyond with Kyndryl built service automation and user experience. Our investments in the past years on SAP automation have helped us develop the Kyndryl service platform that includes our service automation manager (SAM) that can build SAP ecosystem landscapes end-to-end. It also includes our managed applications user portal that brings managed services and public cloud into a single pane of glass to simplify customer’s user experience.
