For those who will be attending SAPPHIRE NOW www.sapandasug.comin Orlando next week you will be treated to a bounty of information on why the Cloud is the next wave of innovation. So as you investigate the Show Floor and attend Sessions and Forums, I suggest that there are two questions that you should ponder - What and How?
The "What" question can be explored in many places, campuses, sessions, forums, Etc ... The "How" question, however, will be best addressed in the all new SAP Services Lounge. We've swapped the old meeting rooms for a new approach that will offer Customers the ability to investigate How to embark on a Cloud Journey of their own.
Central to the "How" exploration will be a series of Design Thinking based, 45 minute workshops where customers will get hands on exposure to the thought process and techniques used by SAP Services to help Transform companies into Cloud companies.
The workshops are outlined below and are focused around 3 different business situations with each situation being run each day. These Workshops will be held in the Cloud Transformation Lab located in the Services Lounge. Advanced registration is encouraged.
The Customer Loyalty Cloud Workshop:

In this workshop you will partner with a small team to work through a Customer Loyalty improvement exercise that will highlight alternative ideas and approaches to problem solving and HANA / Cloud use case development.
