Seema Thomas is director of CRM rapid deployment solution at SAP Labs. She is responsible for solution management, sales support and services for the CRM portfolio of rapid deployment solutions for North America. Before this role she was global program manager in the Services COO team and managed Global Programs for sales process improvements, sales force efficiency and sales productivity. Before joining SAP, Seema worked at Intelligroup Inc. and held various management positions. Seema holds an MBA from Villanova University and Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Sciences from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences. She can be reached at email@example.com.
Joshua Greenbaum Principal, Enterprise Applications Consulting, has over 30 years of experience in the industry as a computer programmer, systems analyst, author, consultant, and industry analyst.
