SAP Emarsys Product Updates

Follow the ongoing development and feature updates of SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement.


As our boats drift closer to each other, we are in the process of integrating with SAP. As a part of this, the Product updates of Emarsys will soon be only published in this location. Here is the list of what has been improved:

  • Personalization tokens in the Email basics tab

Customers can now use personalisation tokens in all three fields from the same personalization dialogue used across the platform. Learn more.

  • Campaign analytics

Almost complete rework of the already existing feature, with many new capabilities. Learn more.

  • Campaign distribution

Customers are now finally able to distribute their VCE campaigns across different environments. Learn more.

  • Content blocks in Web Channel

Customers can now design and build reusable, omnichannel templates that can be easily updated and styled when creating new campaigns. Learn more.

  • Enterprise-level SSO

Enabling Single-Sign-On for third party users by setting up guest mode. Learn more.

  • SMS segmentation

Customers can follow up on users that clicked on SMS campaigns as they can now segment on SMS campaign clicks. Learn more.

  • Account Object in Account Engagement

This is the first step on a journey to enable account-centric marketing for B2B customers. Learn more.

  • Google Analytics integration

Customers can configure and connect their Google Analytics account to the SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement platform. Coming soon.

  • Evening Horizon theme for Emarsys

The Dark Mode offers a sleek and eye-friendly interface that reduces strain during late-night marketing strategy sessions. Learn more.

  • Tik-Tok integration for Digital Ads

Tik-Tok can now be integrated withe our Digital Ads feature. Learn more.

Pilot features

  • AI Subject line generator

Marketers can engage our enhanced AI assistant to generate various subject line ideas for the email campaign they're working on or use pre-defined actions to tune their existing subject line variations.


The release day is October 25. We are introducing the changes gradually, so you will be able to fully use all the new features in your account within a month.
