SAP Analytics Cloud add-in for Microsoft Excel enables customers to integration SAP Analytics Cloud with Microsoft Excel on real time. Built for Excel power users, theis add-in complements SAP Analytics Cloud analytics and planning capabilities with the well-known Microsoft Excel functions and front-end experience.

SAP Analytics Cloud add-in for Microsoft Excel can bring together a wide range of data from spreadsheets, on-premise databases, and the cloud. Integrated with Microst Office, the add-in lets the user format, analyze, and enrich its data based on latest content from the SAP Analytics Cloud platform.

It is also possible to add one or several tables, each based on one model, to a workbook, add or remove dimensions and measures to analyze data, create a filter to specify your analysis, add totals in rows and columns, drill into hierarchies.

SAP Analytics Cloud add-in for Microsoft Excel contains its own set of functions to create formulas. These functions give the flexibility to users to build asymmetric reports or blend data from several data sources e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere or SAP S/4HANA Cloud into one Excel sheet. Additionally, all Microsoft Excel formulas and formatting options can be used.
