SAP Community keeps growing and growing and I am super excited for this Welcome Corner as it gives the chance for not only new members but everyone to get to know one another and connect with each other.

As my colleague @KatherineKenneally gives an overall introduction to the Group and what you can expect from it in her blog post, I’d like to take the opportunity to start a discussion about the different locations represented in our global SAP Community. I am interested to read where you are located and where SAP Community is spread around the world.

I am from Germany and currently living in Wiesbaden, which is the capital of one of the sixteen German states located in the west. After years of studies and living in different places, my hometown has caught me again with its charm and the closeness to friends and family has won me over.

Logistikautomatisierung, basierend auf über 17 Jahren praktischer
SAP-Anwendungserfahrung (davon 6 Jahre als Key User Vertreter für 3 Werke), führte zu
messbaren Verbesserungen:
Ich initiierte und leitete die Steigerung der SAP-Bestandsgenauigkeit von 74% auf
beeindruckende 98% für 24.000 Sachnummern in drei Werken. Dies erreichte ich durch die
Implementierung fortschrittlicher E-Kanban- und Scan-Systeme, einschließlich robotischer
Lösungen zur automatischen Erfassung und direkten SAP-Rückmeldung, sowie die Integration
des SAP PKMC-Moduls zur vollautomatisierten Bestandssteuerung. Meine Kenntnisse
umfassen dabei auch die Optimierung der Minimal-Maximal-Bestandssteuerung (Min-Max),
Kanban und des MRP-Laufs, sowie die spezifischen SAP-Verfahren für Hausteile, JIT- und
JIS-Teile. Diese Maßnahmen eliminierten kritische COGI- und JITB-Meldungen, führten zur
Abschaffung von rund 40 "Sonderfahrten" pro Monat und resultierten in direkten monatlichen
Einsparungen von ca. 50.000 € durch die Reduzierung von Fehlern und manuellen Prozessen.
Meine Einblicke in die SAP-Implementierung bei Hirotec ergänzen mein Verständnis für die
Einführung neuer Geschäftsprozesse im SAP Logistik Umfeld.
Darüber hinaus konzipierte und realisierte ich ein wegweisendes Pilotprojekt für ein
WPS-fähiges Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), das konzernweit Einsparungen
in dreistelliger Millionenhöhe seit der Einführung von 2013-2025 generiert. Diese
nachweislichen Erfolge spiegeln meine Kompetenz wider, Prozesseffizienz und Datenqualität
signifikant zu steigern und somit die Resilienz und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von Lieferketten
nachhaltig zu stärken – ein direkter Beitrag zu BMWs iFACTORY-Strategie und der globalen
Digitalisierung der Produktionslogistik.
Als erfahrener Team- und Projektleiter (u.a. bei der BMW AG mit bis zu 50
Mitarbeitern) koordiniere ich erfolgreich Fachbereiche, IT-Teams und externe Partner.
Meine Fähigkeit, Schnittstellen zu optimieren und Prozesse zu standardisieren,
befähigt Fachabteilungen, reibungslos zu arbeiten und trägt maßgeblich zur Effizienz
der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette bei. Ich bin versiert darin, cross-funktionale
Teams zu motivieren und zu exzellenten Ergebnissen zu führen.
