I have spotted an influx of spam posts in SAP Community. They are still ongoing. The current countermeasures, e.g. moderators notifications, work, but they don't work fast or efficiently enough.
I had a similar problem on Polish SAP Bulletin Board that I manage. I have introduced a simple rule that effectively resolved spam issues:
This approach is very straightforward but it works. Five posts is enough to see if a user is legitimate and if their posts are of value. Spammers won't go to lengths of creating five goods posts, before posting their junk.
Why don't we implement a similar procedure for SAP Community?

Hi @Dominik_Tylczynski,
We apologise for the spam posts in the community, but as you have noticed we have been under a spam attack. We have the attack under control now, and are working as fast as we can to remove the spam content.

Hi @Dominik_Tylczynski - we certainly hope this was the last spam attack of this magnitude.
Regarding your feedback above:
We already ban new users who publish this kind of spam content immediately.
Your proposal has been taken into consideration, and we are working closely together with our platform vendor to see what can be done. (FYI: all blog posts have always been pre-moderated according to your proposal in the SAP community)
