Hi all

I started with SAP technologies in 1994, when I worked for an SAP hardware partner, DEC.

I installed my first R/3 system with them, and was hooked on the technology. At that stage the only useful DB was Oracle, and the first time I had to do a DB recovery after a disk crash, and the brtools had everything back within about 30 minutes, I was impressed.

I joined SAP in Australia in 1999 and moved from BASIS consultant to portal consultant, and finally into the training space, the best career choice ever.

I resigned in 2018, so that I could spend time travelling, but I still deliver technical training for SAP Australia.

SAP BTP is the culmination of the SAP technology vision, and the continual addition of new services shows SAP's commitment to being around for many years to come.
