3) To get tips from other members! We want you to get the most out of your time spent on SAP Community – so get to know how to navigate and what we are all about. Even if you are already familiar, we are continuously improving. We highly recommend that - if you haven't done so already - you take the 
Tour the SAP Community tutorial. You can even earn a badge!

4) To be active! In this new group, and indeed across the SAP Community. You can contribute here by starting a discussion, adding a comment, giving a like or kudos and so on. For further information on groups functionality in general, check out the help page. Be sure to click on "Join Group" in any public group where you are interested to become a member and receive regular updates.

5) To stay up-to-date and informed with "What's New" in SAP Community. Be sure to click on the
What's New board in the top menu bar, and click on "Options -> Subscribe" to hear all the latest news and updates from the community team.

Hi, this is Samin and I’m currently completing the final semester of my MBA in International Business at Trinity Western University, Vancouver. I’m writing to express not only my interest in the HANA Technical Support internship, but also my deep and personal passion for SAP and a sincere request to explore any path to be part of your ecosystem.

My journey has not been linear, but it has been rich with purpose. I started my career after graduating in Computer Software Engineering, working with databases, SQL, and networks. Life’s circumstances later led me into instructing, but everything changed when I joined a large oil and gas project team in Iran. That opportunity brought me close to real-world engineering, procurement, contracts, and planning. I found myself engaging with business processes deeply: contributing to BPMS design, entering and validating contract data, supporting EDMS/PPMS system implementations (ERP), and even training users by translating complex systems into understandable workflows.

Through it all, I realized something: I was passionate about making processes smarter and more human, and SAP spoke that exact language. Since moving to Canada, I’ve joined the SAP community online, attended webinars, and continued learning on my own. I’ve been waiting for the right opportunity to align my lived experience with the structured, global impact that SAP creates.

I understand that I may not meet all the technical criteria listed to start very quick, but I am a fast learner with proven adaptability, cross-functional collaboration experience, and a strong desire to grow within the SAP ecosystem. I believe that with the right guidance and opportunity, I can grow quickly into a valuable contributor to SAP.

Even if I’m not the typical candidate, I would be incredibly grateful for any chance, even a short conversation, to learn more, share more, and explore how I might start from somewhere, however small, within your dynamic environment.

I am trying to create an appliance on the SAP Cloud Appliance library ( CAL) site using the Basic Mode, using Google Cloud Platform as Cloud Provider. I have followed all the steps for the registration as instructed by Udemy because I am learning SAP S/4HANA through Udemy. My challenge comes when I have to enter the PASSWORD at the Appliance Details stage, it does allow me the enter a password or it says invalid entry. I would like to continue learning how to use SAP but this is an obstacle I cannot move beyond. May you please help with moving past this issue with the password. I have gone to the SAP learning hub to check if I can take the course with you but honestly I will not be able to afford the cost of the course. Please help with the valid password so I can continue learning SAP S/4HANA with Udemy. I have lost a job opportunity because I did not know how to use SAP and that was one of the selection criteria for that job opportunity. Your Help will be highly appreciated.
