Please read below to learn more about Anne, in her own words.
I joined SCN in December 2008 when SAP CRM Solution Management launched the BPX CRM homepage. The 4 original CRM forums have grown to 16 CRM specific forums. I guess you would say that I motivate rather than moderate the forums. It’s the CRM Solution Management Team and community moderators who are engaged within forums across all lines of business.
In 2009, we launched the CRM BPX wiki homepage. I moderate and organize this content rich site. Valuable content continues to be added by our CRM community, mentors, solution team, and consulting. An example on how the CRM BPX wiki and forums have enriched our CRM community- creating a Vibrant CRM BPX Community: Building a Vibrant Online Community “Paying It Forward” .
Did you know there has been a shift from forum to wiki views? I am tracking blogs, forums and wiki views each week. Wiki views have increased from 400 to 15,000 views per week in less than 2 years. Amazing!
As a content strategist, please keep your valuable CRM content submissions and wiki pages coming. Check out SAP AGS Primary Support submissions: How-to’s” (based on OSS messages). More great content for our CRM community!
