If you're reading this, then you're probably already familiar with moshe.naveh's Blog It Forward Challenge. (Otherwise, you've just stumbled onto a really fun initiative that could change your level of engagement in this community. )
My name is Jason Cao, and I'm a Community Manager on SCN.
Allow me to start with a brief explanation for my recent absence from SCN. In the past 6 months I've had a unique opportunity to take on the role of LEAN Leadership Business Coach at SAP. This means that rather than making a difference for SAP from the outside-in, I had a chance to make a difference from the inside-out, by working with SAP's Development managers in Vancouver on enhancing leadership beliefs and behaviours.
When I heard Moshe explain the Blog It Forward (BIF) challenge in our team meeting, I knew it would be a hit with this community! Thanks to Moshe and Kirsten Sutton for blogging it forward to me. Now it's my turn to answer some questions - and I've been asked some really interesting BIF questions. I'm choosing to answer Kirsten's questions by video below.
I'd like to blog it forward to the following people:
Don Wakefield, who heads up Development in SAP Vancouver and always has many wonderful stories to share
