As part of the social media pilot, my colleague marcusm asked me to join his “Blog it Forward" challenge, as great way to learn the blogging process on SCN and share some personal information.

I am part of SAP's value engineering team in India where I work with customers on innovation topics, business transformation opportunities and business cases.

Here are the questions marcusm asked me to answer:

What was your dream job as a kid?

I did not have any specific dream job as a kid, but I was fascinated with nature and horses so I wanted to run a ranch and live a simple and wild life… I have been watching too many westerns I guess. It did not happen that way, but I still keep this in mind for my retirement...

What is your favorite place in the world?

My favorite place is my home town Montpellier, in France, and I am not the only one to say so… The New York Times in its travel section “The 45 places to Go in 2012”,  recommends Montpellier as THE city to visit in France  . Its location – near the Mediterranean Sea, sunny wheatear, architecture and people open mindset make me enjoy going back there visiting family and friends. Look at the fashion tram system to understand the spirit and the creativity of this city.

What was the most fun project you ever participated in and why?

The most fun project I participated in was definitely the “Best Initiative” we run in France in 2011. The objective of this initiative was to share and explain all internal and  external services an Account Executive can leverage to bring value to its customers. We communicated about the project using a series of posters, telling the story of an AE in the 80’s that was kidnapped by one customer requesting more value from SAP. We spent a whole afternoon disguised, taking photos for all posters. You can imagine how fun that was, and the momentum created each week when a new poster was published in the building.

Below one of the poster:

In keeping the BIF going, I am asking the following questions:

  1. What was your dream job as a kid?
  2. What is your favorite place in the world?
  3. What was the most fun project you ever participated in and why?

To the following people :
