Further to my previous comment, when I created this workarea, I did not put anything proxy fields and added 'customer' in the Username field.Regards,Parm

No progress on this front... it has been over two days! Unfortunately, I cannot even edit or delete this workarea and start over. I am not sure how to fix this situation.
