I created a text-datasource via BW-MT. Is it possible to create also a InfoPackage with my release status over BW-MT?. I didn't find any way.

Hello Dagmar, in our case the issue was caused due SSO- authentification. The successfactors implementation partner had to login via provisioning and login to Learning Administration and do the Steps for the Migration.
