In SAP S4 HANA 2022-International Trade, how can we change the title of a standard Fiori app titled "Manage Commodity Codes"?

Forecast is already created in SAP GTS When I create the issues via sales cycle, I am getting an error "Forecast quantity/value is insufficient for product"
