I need a way to create an operation defect( as in this screen )related to the equipment. This is the QE17 tcode
I am using QIRF_GET_DEFECT_ITEMS2 but this BAPI doesn't have an equipment field.
When using web Dynpro and downloading a PDF file throw Microsoft Edge the file is saving as .TXT. PDF download works fine with Chrome and Firefox. Why does Edge save a PDF as .TXT? Is there a fix for this?

In the Standard FM: PM_HIERARCHY_CALL, we have an Enhancement implementation: ES_SAPLIHIE, that I try to put a break-point it is giving an error saying and that code is not executing.
Checking the enhancement through se19 it looks active.
