While creating a new lead I need default values for Owner, Sales Unit, and Sales Organization and ect.. from Org Structure.
Please advise how can I set default values.

Hi Gayatri,Thanks for the quick response.I have followed all the above steps and when I clicked on Maintain Determination I'm getting a popup in that I don't have any option to select or change, Please check the below screenshot.
