Yes and also you need to define account assignment using Tcode obyc so that when goods receipt happens using movement type 101 the account entries will hit respective gl accounts Ex: freight charges will hit seperate gl account and so on

Check the accounting entries because as soon as you post goods receipt these cost will go to different accounting entries.
