I face a such unbelievable question about WBS substitution in FI accounting.
I set a substitution step that
prerequisite: BKPF-BURKS='XXXX' AND BSEG-HKONT='XXXX'
substitution: WBS Element ='A'
When I tested in DEV or QAS, that...
set FI substitution step of wbs element substituted when run ko88.
but the line item which not meet the prerequisite is also substituted.
e.g.
Prerequisite: BKPF-BUKRS = 'xxxx' and BSEG-HKONT = '00001'
Substitution: WBS = 'PROJ1'

I created a substitution for line item level like this:
prerequisite: WBS bseg - projk = ' ' AND bseg - hkont = '1000'
substitution: bseg - projk = 'G1000'
It is OK by F-02, but when I use KO88 not working
