When ever there is a change in the With Holding Tax for any Vendor, i see that the PAN Number in table J_1IMOVEND gets Cleared.

Dear all,
After the upgrade to EHP 8 ,data in the Smartform & SAP Scripts are displaying Junk characters rather than the actual data.
I have checked the Language settings in SU3 also.
Please suggest me the solution.
