Performance issues has been fixed. ABAP team created custom BAPI function which handling multiple requests at time. I will try to get more detail on this and post it here.
option 1: You can use ABAP query with table joins and extract the data.option2: Use extractors. I would recommend you to use the abap query with table joins rather than going with extractors.
