Thanks Paul, I have absolutely no idea how to do that unfortunately I'm quickly coming to understand that my knowledge of SAP is very limited. I'm currently looking for curses to improve my knowledge base to help aid me in my work.

Thanks Maria, that does give e most of the information I need. However, it doesn't allow me to see the work duration and there is no filter that I can find to allow me to see it for all maintenance items.
