I need to activate SAP Netwever tool to can present PPM , i can work with browser

I try to create and add scoring on item level but i cant because scoring model not active on item level

I had Issue on PPM / PS Integration because i was try to create project automatic from PPM as per PPM Project structure assigned to Portfolio type but no issue was happened and no project system

Kindly be noted that I linked accrual engine with REFX contract terminated to be considered while accrual run. But still the below document missing in the termination cycle supposed to be trigger from REFX area in order to can deliver the solution...
