We only use Appointments in C4C and not Visits. When you create an appointment in Outlook and want to sync this to C4C, there is also a button/ tick box <Visit> that can be chosen. Is is possible to hide this button/ tick box?

A colleague is not able to drag and drop an email at the customer. Also his screens shows on the side and below grey area's. Is this a known issue? How can we resolve this?
