AllI applied the HF 7.0.9.10 to my Dev and QA systems and both failed to start the CEM when completed. I removed them and the CEM re-started. Anyone aware of an issue with this HF? ThanksDV

It must have corrupted the file when I downloaded the HF. Downloaded it again and installed it and it worked. Sorry for the false alarm....Thanks Rodrigo for the quick response.CheersDV

Just to be clear, you can call the Queue from a CDT directly and it says Call Failed? You have verified the DN number of the queue? Queues has service schedule? Is it same for all queues?

Hi NikhilQuestions: Do you have RFC in CRM setup for integration? Also do you get the telephone bar in IC to control your CDT for the user? If yes, have you placed the user ID of user in the CRM SC parameter? CheersDV
