Typically, when I want to add a Fiori app to my Launchpad I simply add the Business Role to my SAP user ID...easy peasy. However, not all apps have a Business Role - for example:

Thank you, Jocelyn. We simply want to get this app to appear on the Fiori Launchpad. It's so easy to do for the apps that have a Business Role assigned, which is why I'm so baffled why it's so hard to add the apps that don't have a Business Role.
