hi..pl check PO type and material is it valuated or not ? it may be miss matched. as per your screen shot.

hi.yes, you may configure in advance for PT grouping detail SM30-> V_T7INP1 table.and you can configure for Method and form layout for state go through V_T7INP3

Hi.pl go through OMS2, check it is exist or not if not you may create new Material Type like ZABC.
