Double click the required DTPs and activate once again those DTPs in DEV system and collect individual single DTP in single Transport Request and move individually to QTY system.
Then in QTY system refresh the Info-area in RSA1.

Please check the transport log ( ERRORS ) for this key-figure in the development system and is there any dependencies for this keyfigure then activate those infoobjects also and move them to Quality system then activate this keyfigure.

First check the InfoObject is Navigational attribute or Display attribute.
Could you please once again activate Info-object after loading master data and next activate info-cube , so that it will display the data.
