I want to use "Import Overall Scores" to import a competency score, but it doesn't accept decimal values. What can I do?

At first, the OCOC rating displayed "unrated" so I updated the XML for it to produce a value. Is there a way to do this without editing the XML?

Hello,I enter the document ID and competency. The rating scale already accepts decimal, but upon import, I get an error of COMPETENCY: Invalid COMPETENCY rating 3.4 for document Id #####

Hello,I already made a rating scale in increments of 0.1, but still the same results. Decimal values still weren't accepted.
