PowerBuilder 12.6 is an old version and won't be supported after June. Appeon PowerBuilder 2017 R2 is the current version. I would suggest getting that to remain supported and to take advantage of the new features that Appeon is adding to the product...

You said "pbwsclient125.pbx is imported". That just created wrapper objects in the PBL. You still need to deploy pbwsclient125.pbx with your application.

The first thing you should do it look in the code in the ue_retrieve event. That's what's failing.
